The hekhal: terms
Hekhal's machine-readable exports (the corpus catalog, the topology and lexicon datasets, and per-page metadata) use a small set of namespaced terms alongside standard schema.org. This page is what the namespace URI https://hekhal.org/ns# resolves to. Each term is grounded in the editorial law, so the metadata is as auditable as the texts.
hekhal:tieron an edition- The editorial tier under Hekhal's three-tier law: "canonical" (primary texts and traditional commentary), "reception" (modern scholarship and philosophical bridge work), or "containment" (folk/modern-fringe reception, held on the separate fringe subdomain). The corpus catalog exposes canonical and reception only; canonical never cites containment (the asymmetry rule).
hekhal:editionStatuson an edition- Review state of a rendered edition: "provisional" (machine-assisted draft, glass-box honesty banner shown) or "reviewed" (a credentialed human scholar has signed it off). Nothing ships as reviewed without that sign-off.
hekhal:revieweron an edition- The named credentialed scholar who reviewed and signed off the edition, when one has.
hekhal:summaryon the catalog- Source-computed aggregate counts for a dataset (total editions, editions with a minted DOI, scholar-reviewed count, breakdown by tier and tradition). Computed at build time from the live corpus; never hand-entered, never rounded, and honest about gaps rather than implying completeness.
